Chronicles Of The Martial God’s Return – Ep.211

Chronicles Of The Martial God’s Return (211)

Sa Dohak.

He was always the best and the strongest.

From the moment he entered the Demonic Cult and began to learn martial arts in his childhood, he was second to none and had no intention of losing to anyone.

He was always stubborn, and because of that, he was always lonely.

He didn’t mingle with others and didn’t even try talking to them. No one tried approaching Sa Dohak either because he was the strongest.

Because they were afraid of his strength.

The person who lifted him up and placed him at the top of the Demonic Cult was none other than Dong Bang-gu.

Although there was a significant age difference between them that couldn’t be called as friends, he was the one who guided and pushed Sa Dohak, and virtually ruled the Demonic Cult. Everyone called Sa Dohak as the King, but Sa Dohak never had that thought.

Because the actual ruler of the Demonic Sect was Dong Bang-gu.

Sa Dohak was satisfied with simply being able to clash with strong warriors from the Justice Faction.

Because he didn’t think that he was worthy of ruling someone and had no desire to do so.

Dong Bang-gu was like a right-hand man to him, but also like family.

He trusted the man more than anyone else, and he was so great that he couldn’t be compared to anyone else.

That is why he is here now.

There is a clan in the small village.

The Sealed Order Clan.

Just by looking at the place under the protection of the Clan, the first elder of the Demonic Cult, or being ‘out or in’ you could tell that the skills were exceptional.

In the past, it was a place where there was a power struggle with Dong Bang-gu, but due to the rise of Dong Bang-gu, their strength weakened.

However, now that Dong Bang-gu has vanished, he enjoyed the same power as the emperor in the village just by being protected by the Clan.

Also, if one had that much strength in their hand, it was natural to get rid of the thorn in their side right away.

Sa Dohak, standing in front of the Clan, looked relaxed.

The gatekeepers, who saw him suddenly approaching, looked up strangely.

“What are you doing?”

He shouted and threatened.

The approaching figure was odd, so he was on guard without realizing it. But Sa Dohak gradually narrowed the distance without another word.

The gatekeepers grabbed their swords at the sight of the man who wasn’t stopping.

But Sa Dohak didn’t stop and eventually one of the gatekeepers couldn’t stand it anymore and swung his sword.

Sak!

The sword extended quickly.

Those untrained in martial arts wouldn’t have even seen the form of sword movement.

The gatekeeper, who was planning to cut Sa Dohak down at once, was shocked, unable to keep his mouth closed at the situation which unfolded before his eyes.

The blade didn’t even touch Sa Dohak.

It was as if something was holding it in place, freezing it mid-air, and unable to move ahead.

“Move.”

Finally, Sa Dohak uttered a cold word and stretched his hand out.

Bang!

The gatekeeper’s body flew away with a tremendous impact. The gate shattered with a loud noise and the gatekeeper landed on the outer wall of the building.

Kwang! Thud!

“Wh-what…”

Just as another gatekeeper was about to shout, Sa Dohak’s fist hit him in the neck first.

Kwak!

The man’s body collapsed with the sound of bones breaking.

“What is happening here-!”

He could hear the voices of people inside.

The disciples of the Sealed Order Clan appeared everywhere.

The sight of nearly 100 disciples gathering together in perfect harmony was truly magnificent, but Sa Dohak didn’t even flinch as he looked at the many warriors.

Step, step.

He stared at the crowd without saying a word, then slowly moved his feet.

Kwa-kwa-kwang!

At one point, the ground broke and the pieces of debris flew out. It shot out in all directions like assassin needles.

Puak! Puak!

“Kuaak!”

“Ack!”

There were groans and screams.

Those whose entire bodies were pierced with blood dripping.

“Die!”

A bitter sneer appeared on Sa Dohak’s face as he saw the rushing disciples.

He caught a flying sword with bare hands and pulled it apart.

The disciple was helpless as Sa Dohak’s fist struck him in the face.

Puak!

He threw down the sword he was holding and pierced the chests of the disciples who were running behind.

“Ughhh…”

And he walked slowly. Every step he took, the frightened disciples took two or three steps back, increasing the distance between them.

“Wh… what is this, this person…!”

“Who is that man….”

Words of fear resonated around.

Even the clan leader and his family who were watching the situation, trembled in fear, not able to understand what was happening.

Who was this man who possessed such overwhelming strength?

It hasn’t been a full moment since the enemy had invaded and already more than 30 people had died.

It was a tremendous strength which even the first elder of the Demonic Cult couldn’t show.

“Wh-who is that man? What wrong did we do…?”

The clan leader trembled but then he spoke. Sa Dohak slowly approaching seemed like the Grim Reaper to him.

“You people are guilty.”

Puak!

Sa Dohak said, waving his fist.

His face was crushed with a single hit and he swept the surrounding area from the force of the fist. The disciples couldn’t resist that and were just waiting to die.

“And I don’t like it.”

“What… kuak!”

The clan leader who was mumbling unintelligibly, fell silent for a moment.

It was because the form of Sa Dohak went blurry and then appeared right in front of him.

Sa Dohak grabbed him by the throat. The disciples standing around him were shocked enough to draw their swords but not daring enough to attack.

That was how strong Sa Dohak felt.

“A long long time ago, there were more than a couple of times when I tried to step on you worthless bastards.”

“Euk…”

“But he stopped me. And that is the only reason why you people have been able to survive thus far.”

The eyes of the clan leader widened at those words. He could think of someone.

As he thought of him, another person’s face appeared.

The face of one who all demons looked up to.

“Kuak… Sa… Sa….”

He felt goosebumps rise. He couldn’t see the face behind the mask, but he could clearly see the light in those eyes.

A long time ago, when all the Demonic Cult leaders gathered and knelt to the man, he looked at those eyes.

The one who stood up alone, leaving those below. The peak of the Hundred Thousand Demons and the one called the Demon Emperor.

Sa Dohak.

‘Why is he here?’

Crack!

“Kuaak!”

Sa Sohak had nothing more to do, and broke his neck as if the man wasn’t even there. And he saw the body go limp before he tossed it aside.

The entire family was shocked at this, the nature of throwing a body away like discarding trash.

“Uh…. Eukkk!”

The clan members who had seen the entire thing, started screaming and running away in all directions. It no longer mattered who the opponent was.

This monster killed their clan leader.

The only thing left in mind was the crisis that they wouldn’t be able to survive if they stayed any longer.

But there was no way they could escape.

The slaughter that started from the moment Sa Dohak entered will end when no one is left alive, not a single living breathing disciple of this clan should exist.

Dan Woo-hyun walked slowly.

A place where the wind stopped and he followed the traces of someone. There was blood and flesh all over.

When he saw the terrifying scene which made him think of the past, it occurred to him that this is true martial arts and that made him smile.

Taktak!

As they headed to the most remote place, he came across a place which seemed like a prison with no one guarding it.

There was a foul smell all around and he entered without a frown. Eventually, he stopped.

A person stood there with blood all over their body.

In front of him, four people were chained in shackles.

There were two women and one man, and one old man.

They had their heads down, unmoving.

Even though there were flies all over their bodies and all kinds of bugs crawled on the ground.

“Haha… so done.”

Sa Dohak looked at the four people and smiled in vain. He thought he could save them, but he was wrong, once again.

“It cannot be done… I wanted to save his family….”

Sa Dohak’s voice calmed down.

He wanted to at least save his family. But the Heavens weren’t so merciful to them. At that time, Dan Woo-hyun approached and stretched out his hand.

The shackles broke.

The bodies lightly floated down. Even though the smell of rot was enough to induce one to retch, his expression remained unchanged.

The hands were so careful setting them down and the four bodies were laid down.

“A gift from me.”

Dan Woo-hyun took a bottle of alcohol from his sleeve and placed them next to the bodies as he turned to Sa Dohak.

“Anger destroys things. Do not think about anything else.”

“Are you really telling me that after witnessing this?”

“I know that tamping down the killing intent isn’t all. But, if you kill everyone, what more is left?”

Sa Dohak’s eyes widened at Dan Woo-hyun’s words. This is a world of animals.

And the place which knows the best and follows the best is the Demonic Cult.

The land of struggle where even the Demon Emperor can be overthrown at any moment.

A place where betrayal and violence are clear among those trying to grow somehow.

Therefore, it is a place bound to be stronger than any other place in the world.

That was how the Demonic Cult worked, and Sa Dohak was the peak of that place, the leader of it.

So he had to accept this.

“The Black Wind Godly Demon… is he strong?”

“He must be.”

“Then good.”

Crack.

Sa Dohak gritted his teeth with glaring eyes.

If he was in front of Sa Dohak, it would be a look of tearing him to shreds at any moment.

Although it seemed like he was over the desire to kill, the blade of revenge was turning sharper than ever.

Dan Woo-hyun turned his head and touched the body.

Wheik!

In an instant, a burning flame consumed everything. The four bodies will burn and would burn the entire clan down too.

Eventually, Sa Dohak turned and Dan Woo-hyun followed him.
